Plot Summary
Mr Joe B. Carvalho (Arshad Warsi) is a low-budget detective who dreams of becoming a famous sleuth. He is hired by a businessman to find his eloped daughter, who is in love with a gangster named Carlos (Javed Jaffrey). However, Joe gets confused with another Joe B. Carvalho, who is an international assassin hired by General Kopa Kabana (Shakti Kapoor) to kill a minister. Joe also crosses paths with Inspector Shantipriya Phadnis (Soha Ali Khan), his childhood crush who is now a tough cop.
